What's up Wednesday?? To TORQUE tribe members, Wednesdays are special. Because we get to crush on some of our fav gals. I love these write ups so much because we learn about how TORQUE came into their lives and how it has helped them be who they are today. This tribe is made up of so many people. Some are young, some are older, some are students, some are parents. It is one of the most amazing things about this tribe is that although we are all in different paths of life, by TORQUE we are connected. We all know TORQUE changes lives. It makes us a better person. It heals us and helps us to be better people. I often think to myself, “I wish I had this in high school” and this girl does. Kylie Cabot is one strong lady and I can only imagine what mountains she will move as she continues to grow. She greets you with a smile whole working the desk, cares for the teeny torque tribe in child watch, cheers on the bike, pulses at the barre, and about a thousand other amazing things. Kylie, keep on being the beautiful, caring, happy soul that you are. You have a beautiful life ahead of you, it is such an honor to be along for the ride! Stay true to you, and all that you are and the world will be yours!
To learn more about Kylie, keep reading! As always, sending you love and hugs to you all no matter where you may be!
Favorite TORQUE memory:
It’s so hard to pick just one TORQUE memory. I have met so many amazing people that walk in and out of the studio everyday that make each TORQUE memory so special! I spent my birthday at TORQUE, I was asked to prom at TORQUE, and I am always bringing my friends in and out of happy place. However, one memory that really sticks with me was my first spin class. I remember being so nervous walking in, but the staff was so welcoming and the class was so fun, I fell in love with it.
Favorite quote and what it means to you:
“There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy.” It is so easy to focus on the bad things in life instead of living in the moment and taking on each obstacle as it comes. Torque has taught me and many others that it is so important cherish the good instead of putting your energy toward the bad. This quote means so much to me, because I know no matter what I’m dealing with or what I’m going through, there are so many people there for me and so many things to be grateful for.
Your definition of TORQUE:
To me, TORQUE is not just a spin studio. The studio is a safe place where I can let go and just be myself. The entire TORQUE Tribe is beyond supportive and uplifting... you will feel the positive energy before your class even starts!! I have been going to TORQUE for over 2 years and I can genuinely say I do not know where I would be without it and all of the incredible people I look up to each and every day. I am so grateful to have a place like Torque to help me through growing up and finding out who I am as a person.
Favorite workout clothing brand:
Lululemon!!! Their leggings are the absolute best!
Favorite post workout snack:
I make these peanut butter protein balls that have honey, vanilla, rolled oats, unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and obviously peanut butter in them. They are seriously the bomb.
My TORQUE Schedule:
I don’t have a certain schedule that I stick to each week. I try to get into the studio as much as I can, especially for Jill’s 4:30 classes!!
